How are your Cheeky Brownies made?


All our Cheeky Brownies are made from scratch by hand using the highest quality locally sourced ingredients including organic flour, eggs and fruit, real butter and superior chocolate made right here in the Seattle area. Baked to order in small batches ensures that our brownies ship from our kitchen maintaining peak freshness and quality.




How do I know what allergens might be in the Cheeky Brownies?


A full list of ingredients can be found here. In each box of CheekyBrownies, we include a full list of ingredients with potential allergens highlighted. All products are made in a shared kitchen and we do not guarantee our products will be free of potential allergens. If you have any concerns, please check the ingredient list before consuming.




Is shipping free?


Yes, the cost of USPS Priority Shipping is included in the price of Cheeky dozen box of Cheeky Brownies we ship. We currently ship on *Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, delivering to all contiguous states within 1-3 days. For information on USPS delivery zones and potential days to deliver please click here. * We are unable to ship on federal holidays, your order will ship on the next shipping day.




Where do you ship to?


Due to the perishable nature of our Cheeky Brownies we currently deliver only within the contiguous United States.




How fast will my brownies ship?


To ensure optimal quality and freshness, Cheeky brownies are baked to order. Orders placed by 3pm PST will ship from our kitchen on the next scheduled ship day.

Your Cheeky Brownies will be delivered at the peak of freshness, arriving in 1-3 days (depending on your location) from day of shipping. We currently ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.




Can I track delivery of my Cheeky Brownies?


Yes, we will notify you via email as soon as your Cheeky Brownies leave our kitchen. You will then receive a further email notification from our shipping agent with tracking details.




Can my order be shipped overnight?


Currently, we are not offering overnight shipping.

Can I send a gift to a college or university? What about a hotel or other business institutions?


Yes. However, most colleges (as with hotels, state-side military bases and other places of business) have their own protocol for receiving packages. We highly recommend contacting the place to which you wish to send the gift and find out information regarding their on-site mail process.




Can I add a personalized message?


Absolutely. We know how much our kids and loved ones enjoy a personalized note from us. Once you have placed your order in the cart, add a few words in the note section and we will add it to your box.




How long do my Cheeky Brownies stay fresh?


We doubt this will be a problem for you! Cheeky Brownies are all natural, without preservatives and baked to order. Individually wrapped and sealed to maximize freshness, they should be good to eat for at least 4 days after delivery. Best placed in an airtight container, they can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week or freezer for up to 3 months (remove from individual wrapping and defrost for an hour at room temperature, also delicious eaten frozen!).




Can I recycle the packaging?


After removing any adhesive labelling, individual wrappings are 100% compostable. Our cardboard boxes and packaging materials can be included in your regular recyclable trash.




What if my Cheeky Brownies arrive late or damaged?


Your satisfaction is our goal. Please do not throw away broken or damaged brownies. Instead report broken or damaged items to 2 Cheeky Bakers LLC within 24 hours of receipt by emailing info@2cheekybakers.com. You may be asked to provide pictures of the damaged items(s) and/or packaging. Once reported we will be happy to either send a replacement or issue a refund.

Orders placed online cannot be refunded if the incorrect shipping method was chosen resulting in early or late delivery, if there were spelling or grammatical errors, or for incorrect/ incomplete shipping addresses.

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may reroute the package for you provided the carrier has not already shipped this package back to 2 Cheeky Bakers LLC.

All our items are perishable and are unable to be resold once they have been shipped. Due to this, we do not accept returns. If we incorrectly fulfilled the items for your order, please email us at info@2cheekybakers.com and we will make it right with either a replacement or refund.




Can I change or cancel my order?


We are happy to make any changes to your order if it is not already in processing, in transit or has already been delivered. Please contact us immediately at info@2cheekybakers.com.
